Had a great workout yesterday. Did legs and biceps. Felt good, was able to do all bicep curls with 15 lbs. Can't wait until I can do 20 lbs.
I started using exercises from www.bodybuilding.com. Love this site! So much good stuff!
Found the Beverly International Ultimate Muscle Protein and got some 7-Keto for energy. Was just feeling so tired around 6pm from the lack of carbs. Today was my first time using the Keto and I felt like my normal self. Love the protein, tastes SO good!
Getting measured tomorrow, should be interesting. I can do this!
