Well, I knew this would be a little bit of a hard day. Schedule was tight and I had to get my workout in. Gym wasn't open in time, not supposed to run and all the FitTv shows were cardio with weights. So I pulled out my Shaun T's Rockin Body DVD and did the Disco Groove! It was great! I worked up a great sweat with it! Cardio - DONE!
So we go to Mother's Day Brunch Buffet and they had crab legs, and so much more. But I was good. They said no ordering off the menu, but because I called ahead, they made grilled chicken and broccoli w/no seasoning just for me. I was just as happy. I didn't feel deprived and enjoyed my Club Soda with lime as everyone else drank their Mimosa's and Hurricane's. I was really proud of myself today.
