So today I started doing double cardio sessions. It's killer, believe me.
Also started a new meal plan, but it looks like this one doesn't have enough calories for me, will have to readjust.
Workout today: Ran 3.22 miles, then strength, then Just Pump Class, then late afternoon did TruStrider. Burned almost 1800 calories. Gotta make sure I'm eating at least that!
It's 8:46pm and I'm ready to go to bed...
